Liverpool have reportedly given Kostas Tsimikas permission to undergo a medical with Roma ahead of a season-long loan transfer. The Greece international has fallen out of favour in Arne Slot's squad this season, failing to even make the bench for the first three games of the campaign. According to the Athletic, Tsimikas is now expected to have a medical ahead of a straight loan move to Roma, with no permanent purchase option included in the deal.
