One victim dead, one critically injured Officers arrived around 7:36 p.m. to find 49-year-old Juan Manuel Galicia and a 49-year-old woman suffering from multiple stab wounds. Both victims were rushed by EMS to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Medical Center, where Galicia was later pronounced dead. The female victim remains hospitalized in critical condition."
