The service continues to operate on a 100% fiber-optic network while planning additional network deployments across the Chesapeake Bay and Mid-Atlantic regions. Former ThinkBig customers gain access to IQ Fiber's account portal, 24/7 in-house technical support, and proactive monitoring systems. Existing networks will be upgraded and new products will be offered, including 2 Gig and 5 Gig residential plans and expanded business plans. Existing service plans, installed equipment, and configurations remain unchanged. IQ Fiber also launched Business Internet service earlier this year.
