"Honor will launch the Magic8 series soon, and the devices will be powered by Qualcomm's recently unveiled Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. If you were wondering how well it would perform, no need to wonder anymore, as Honor's Li Kun has shared the Magic8's AnTuTu results on Weibo earlier today. As you can see from the screenshot below, the phone managed a total score of 4,166,339 in AnTuTu v11."
"The CPU score is 1,213,845, the GPU score 1,468,351, the memory score is 570,553, and the UX score is 913,590. Honor's exec has compared this very favorably to what the just-unveiled Xiaomi 17 Pro managed - a total score of 3,749,435, a CPU score of 1,053,385, a GPU score of 1,332,311, a memory score of 529,807, and a UX score of 833,932."
The Honor Magic8 posted an AnTuTu v11 total of 4,166,339, with CPU 1,213,845; GPU 1,468,351; memory 570,553; and UX 913,590. Those results exceed the Xiaomi 17 Pro's AnTuTu total of 3,749,435 (CPU 1,053,385; GPU 1,332,311; memory 529,807; UX 833,932). The Magic8 series will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. The Magic8 is expected to include deep AI integration with agentic AI features covering roughly 3,000 scenarios across over 100 popular apps. The Magic8 Pro is confirmed to include a 200MP periscope telephoto with an 85mm-equivalent, f/2.6 aperture.
