The Dallas Cowboys did not activate cornerback Trevon Diggs from injured reserve and listed him out for the upcoming game against the Minnesota Vikings. Diggs participated in three limited practices and expected to play, but coaches cited the need for consistent ramp-up physically and mentally and familiarity with defensive changes. He has not played since Oct. 12 after a concussion from an at-home accident and was placed on injured reserve Oct. 25 to rest his right knee. He previously underwent two left-knee surgeries. In six games this season he recorded 20 tackles, one tackle for loss and two quarterback pressures.
