It categorizes problems into types and their corresponding causes and solutions, although not all problems had identified causes. The rapid updates of Copilot address some issues noted by users, which are documented as resolved bugs or features. The findings are visualized in a mapping relationship, providing clarity and supporting future improvements for both users and developers.
In our analysis, Copilot usage issues are categorized systematically, highlighting two levels: categories of problems and types of causes and solutions for user challenges.
We emphasize that the rapid iteration of Copilot may have mitigated certain user-reported problems, as demonstrated by our identification of 'Bug Fixed by Copilot' scenarios.
