The saxophonist, accordionist, vocalist and leader of the Rockin' Jalapeño Band, Dr. Loco is the musical alter ego of esteemed anthropologist JoseB. Cuéllar and the subject of an era-encompassing concert Sunday afternoon, Dec.B.14, at Brava Theater Center.
