At least a dozen countries have updated their travel guidance for the US over the past year, including Canada, the UK, and Germany-countries that have historically been top drivers of inbound tourism to the US. Coupled with the Trump administration's recent entry restrictions and increased visa fees, the uptick in warnings has made some international visitors wary about traveling stateside, says Larry Yu, a professor of hospitality management at The George Washington University's School of Business.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Dozens of protesters are blocking the two main entrances of the San Francisco ICE building Tuesday morning, according to the Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity. In a press release, the organization says the protesters are from Bay Area faith communities and are standing up against ICE arrests. Video shows the large protest outside the ICE building on Sansome Street in the Financial District. Protesters were seen chanting and holding signs, some reading "ICE out of California."

First, it will require landlords who rent buildings used as detention centers to compensate residents and the city for actual costs incurred as a direct consequence of its tenants' actions. Those costs could include things like police overtime, traffic management, fire and emergency medical responses, and environmental remediation.
