Javier Fernández unfortunately wasn't able to play much in 2025 due to a long injury but is now 100 percent fit and ready for senior football. He's a very good player, a physically strong midfielder who can lead from the front in any team. He's also showed in the Youth League that he can make a statement, even when his team goes behind. He's someone who takes things in his own hands.

These struggles were a real shame, not least because he had really impressed prior to this injury in multiple age groups following his move from Atlético Madrid in 2023. He was certainly outgrowing Bayern's U-23s by the time of his injury when he got hurt. Fernández has finally overcome these injury issues at the time of writing, however.
