A 95-year-old woman with dementia was arrested Tuesday two days after she allegedly beat a fellow Coney Island nursing home resident to death with a metal wheelchair piece. Galina Smirnova was cuffed Tuesday afternoon for allegedly striking 89-year-old Holocaust survivor Nina Kravtsov multiple times in the head when a feud erupted just after 10 p.m. Sunday inside the Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, according to authorities.
The charge means Robinson could face the death penalty if convicted of killing Mr Kirk last week. Announcing the charges, Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray said: "The murder of Charlie Kirk is an American tragedy."
