The crash of a Chinese-made F-7BGI fighter plane into Milestone School and College resulted in a death toll of 31, including 25 students. The incident has prompted protests demanding accountability from the Bangladesh air force.

"He's got complicated grief and sorrow and his own emotional stress," said Njoroge's lawyer, Robert Clifford. "He's haunted by nightmares and the loss of his wife and children."
