The lawsuit alleges that both companies have 'steered skiers and snowboarders into expensive season-pass bundles' by making day tickets prohibitively expensive, a practice that violates antitrust laws.

According to the cantonal police, the explosion took place at about 1:30am in a bar called Le Constellation. In its latest move to make skiing and riding more accessible, Vail Resorts announced a new discount averaging over 30% off lift tickets at 12 of its top destination resorts for guests who purchase four or more weeks in advance. Guests can save $100 or more per lift ticket and up to $175 of lift ticket cost can be applied to an Epic Pass for the following season.
Summit Daily reports that Union president Ryan Dineen notified the Breckenridge Town Council of their intention to picket this upcoming weekend at a meeting on Tuesday, November 11th. During the meeting he clarified that the Ski Patrol Union was in negotiations with Vail Resorts to lock down a labor contract meant to replace the one set to expire on Saturday, November 15th.
