Malden man arraigned in Somerville cold-case murder
Briefly

On April 13, 2009, Charline Rosemond was found murdered in a car in Somerville. Heinsky Anacreon, 38, is accused of orchestrating her murder along with accomplice Roberto Jeune, with the motive being robbery. Rosemond had withdrawn $4,100 cash to buy a Lexus, with Anacreon working at a dealership that had the type of car she wanted. Her body was found six days later, shot from behind, with no cash on her, indicating she was robbed before the murder. Evidence linked Jeune to illegal firearm possession.
"Prosecutors say Anacreon and a friend orchestrated Rosemond's murder in order to rob her. This act of violence raises significant concerns about the safety of individuals in similar situations."
"Rosemond withdrew $4,100 in cash from a bank and told friends that she intended to use the money to buy a used black Lexus, creating a perfect target for Anacreon."
