I am absolutely delighted that Jasmine Crockett is running for Senate in Texas. I think it's one of the greatest things to happen to the Republican Party in a long, long time. She is the face of the Democratic Party, she and Mamdani. Good luck with that.
When I was on the floor for those that don't know how it works basically they decided to bring this privilege motion up, and they decided that they wanted to kick [Rep.] Stacey [Plaskett] off of her committees because she had received a donation from Jeffrey Epstein. I had maybe 20 minutes. We researched the FEC, and because I like to speak with specificity, that's kind of what comes with being an attorney.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) rejected being responsible for promoting political violence with her rhetoric, insisting it is President Donald Trump and MAGA pushing a culture of violence following the killing of Charlie Kirk. Crockett joined The Breakfast Club radio show on Friday where she rejected accusations from the right and MAGA that Democrats' rhetoric promoted violence against Kirk.
President Donald Trump lampooned Democrats on Tuesday, saying the party, with politicians like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Jasmine Crockett, is in rough shape heading into the 2026 midterms and the 2028 presidential election. They're just terrible people. They don't have a bench, Trump said during an interview on CNN pundit Scott Jennings' radio show. The president mocked AOC, saying the New York representative speaks like a little mouse which is why Democratic leaders are keeping her away from microphones lately, he added.
Crockett shared that her evolving public persona has drawn interest from both Republicans and Democrats, illustrating how her appeal transcends traditional party lines.
