Overcoming Silos

While agency work has a lot of positive aspects to it, I didn't think I was a good fit for it. I found the relationship and ultimately sense of ownership with a solution very fleeting, since in essence the engagement with the client had a time stamp on it, after which you simply started working on something else. For some Design professionals, that's what they crave the most: diversity of projects, jumping around from challenge to challenge.

Double Click: What Does It Mean To Be A Designer In The Age Of AI? | Figma Blog

Titles convey status, imply expertise, and signal values. They help us connect quickly with others by giving us a shorthand for how to understand and relate to another person. Studies show that titles can even increase satisfaction with work. One study authored by Adam Grant found letting employees choose their own title improved feelings of psychological safety and reduced emotional exhaustion by up to 10% in five weeks.

At the time I had been working in the Technology/Software world for 5 years, after a stint doing Interaction/UI/UX work in agencies. While agency work has a lot of positive aspects to it, I didn't think I was a good fit for it. A PM playbook for failing fast: What (and what not) to do - LogRocket Blog

"Fail fast" has become a defining principle of modern product development. It encouraged teams to move rapidly, validate assumptions, and avoid spending time on ideas that don't work. However, as experimentation has increased, so have the consequences. In organizations where products are linked to sensitive data, social influence, or financial decision-making, reckless speed can result in user loss, broken trust, or reputational damage.

I want to tell you about my favorite apple. It's incredible. It's hands down the most delicious apple of all time! When you see it hanging on a tree, its color invites you to come closer and take a bite. When it's ripe, the flavor is amazing, complemented with a delightfully pleasing texture. It's a fantastic fruit that fills you with delight.

Dry Skin Sparked This Eight-Figure Men's Skincare Brand | Entrepreneur

When Jared Pobre and his wife, former WWE star Stacy Keibler, moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, he expected more time outdoors, skiing, hiking, fly-fishing.
