The San Jose Greek Festival will turn the grounds of Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church into a hub of Greek culture and community celebration over three days this season. Homemade dishes crafted from family recipes passed down for generations will provide an authentic taste of Greece, with local Greeks sharing their hospitality through food prepared with care and tradition.
"A global bagel boom is underway, and the West Coast has fully arrived," said Sam Silverman, producer of the Los Angeles event, in a statement. "BagelFest West is to celebrate the artisans who are breaking the outdated idea that world-class bagels can only be made with New York water."

Known for their refined, ingredient-driven approach, the Tilaka Kalbs have significantly influenced Pasadena's modern dining landscape. Their restaurant, celebrated for its Californian comfort food rooted in classic American cooking, emphasizes a seasonal, farm-to-table philosophy.
According to city officials, and a plaque, one of the world's most famous dishes started in Pasadena when, more than 100 years ago, a careless teenager accidentally invented the cheeseburger. "The cheeseburger is a legacy here in Pasadena and this is a nice way to focus on Pasadena restaurants," said Paul Little, president and chief executive officer of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, which honors the simple but ubiquitous dish every year with Cheeseburger Week.

Todo Bien will have a beautiful menu, a beautiful vibe - wait until you see this restaurant." The name Todo Bien translates to "everything's good" in Spanish, echoing the meaning of Macri's Richmond Valley restaurant Tutto Apposto and reflecting his philosophy of hospitality and optimism. I think no matter where we are in the city, though, it reflects such a wide swath of great restaurants around New York, Fitzpatrick said. Not only that, we're bringing in great spots, great dishes, and great chefs from around the country to collaborate that's my favorite part personally, these collaborations that you literally can only get there. It's like a unicorn, it just exists for a fleeting moment.
